We are seeking a Sales Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the communication and digital sectors, with a strong ability to develop new business opportunities and build solid, long-lasting relationships. We are looking for an autonomous, ambitious, results-driven leader who can devise, pitch, and close deals with brands, companies, and strategic partners both in Italy and abroad. What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio focused on sectors aligned with our projects and vision
  • Lead sales negotiations independently, from the first call to deal closure
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and strategic teams to build tailor‑made offers consistent with the agency’s identity
  • Identify new market opportunities and activate alternative sales channels
  • Monitor goals, margins, and results using reporting tools
What We Are Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales roles, preferably in creative, digital, or agency environments
  • Extensive commercial knowledge with an active professional network
  • Fluent in Italian and English (C1+)
  • Ability to read the market and apply consultative sales techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of UK and US market needs
  • Skilled in preparing commercial proposals
  • Proactive, with excellent relational and negotiation skills, results‑oriented
  • Desire to be part of a growing international team
  • Availability to work under a freelance (P.IVA) contract
Location and Compensation

Remote contract type. P.IVA compensation: High commission per closed deal + expense reimbursement + KPI‑based bonuses. Availability as freelance (P.IVA). ASAP.
