A leading renewable energy company in Torino, Italy is seeking a B2B Sales Executive to capture new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the PV market, with over 3 years of experience in sales, and strong negotiation and communication skills. This role requires regular business travel to engage clients and meet sales targets.

Competenze

Job Description :

Responsibilities
  • Capture new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Develop new customers, improve the relationship with existing customer
  • Improve market share
  • Align the annual sales target with customers, monitoring performance month over month
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms, credit line management and Account receivable collections on time
  • 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection and after-sale service
  • Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
  • Support marketing activities and communication, improve the brand image
  • Monitoring competitors’ pricing, NPIs and strategies
  • Actively collaborate with Head office teams to get support and feedback the front-line information
  • Regularly business travel to visit existing and potential clients in the region
Requirements
  • Bachelor, master degree in business, electrical, power or related fields
  • Good understanding of the distribution PV market
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable Energy industry
  • Experience in working for multinational companies, global mindset
  • Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
  • PV technical background is a plus
  • Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, can influence different customer level from procurement team to C-suite
  • A fast learner with street smart
Other Requirements
  • Proficiency both in written and spoken in English and local language
  • Able to travel on a regular basis and / or abroad in a short notice
