A leading construction machinery manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager for Italy. This role focuses on expanding market share by developing a strong dealer network and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales within the construction machinery sector, specifically excavators, and possesses strong dealer management skills. Located preferably in Northern Italy, you’ll liaise with both local and international teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Competitive salary and bonuses are offered.
Shantui Construction Machinery Co., was founded in 1952, part of the Shandong Heavy Industry Group (SDHI), it is a leading global manufacturer of heavy construction and earth‑moving equipment. As Sales Manager Italy at Shantui, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance and expanding our footprint in the Italian market. Your core mission is to identify, develop and retain a strong network of dealers throughout the country. By actively engaging with potential partners and maintaining close relationships with existing ones, you’ll work to grow Shantui’s market share and strengthen our local presence. You’ll also support key accounts, monitor market trends and make sure our customers and partners receive the service they expect. In this role, you align local opportunities with our global commercial strategy and act as the key point of contact between the Italian market and the wider Shantui organization. Whether you’re attending industry events, negotiating with dealers or working on long‑term plans, you’re always focused on results and building lasting partnerships. Simply put, you’re the driving force behind our commercial success in Italy.
