Job title: Sales Manager

Sede: Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes

As a Sales Manager in a city hotel, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth for the hotel. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure all sales initiatives align with the hotel's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create effective sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure coordinated efforts and successful outcomes.
  • Event Participation: Represent the hotel at industry events and exhibitions to promote the hotel and attract new business.
  • Sales Metrics Monitoring: Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in sales and hospitality.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Motivated and Results-Driven: A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and business goals.
  • English Level at least B2 Level.
  • Customer-Focused: A friendly and professional attitude to build positive client relationships.
  • Adaptable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
