MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the implementation of Department Policies and Procedures and achieve department targets.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings with the sales team.
- Schedule individual sales visits and joint visits with the General Manager for key accounts.
- Build and manage a strong sales team.
- Meet department budget on a monthly basis.
- Create a strategic sales plan in coordination with the General Manager, monitored monthly.
- Ensure quotations are offered to clients within 24 hours.
- Follow up proficiently on sent quotations.
- Manage the transition of clients to customer service and operations professionally.
- Coordinate and support departments for sales campaigns.
- Generate sales leads to promote all products.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team.
- Conduct monthly reviews with the General Manager on all sales activities and budgets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on a yearly Business Plan and analysis to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.
- Engage prospects and customers to present the company’s services, fostering relationships towards advisory roles.
- Advocate for both the company and the customer, seeking win-win solutions to expand client relationships.
- Build, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives, demonstrating excellent leadership qualities.
- Achieve annual growth targets (revenue, profit, volume) as outlined in the sales plan.
- Meet marketing and sales HR objectives through recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis.
- 10-15 years of sales experience in the field.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and people-oriented mindset.
- Initiative taker.
- Ability to manage stress and handle difficult clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (English is a must).
- Good communication skills.
