A leading technology company located in Lombardia, Milano is seeking a Sales Manager for Southern Europe. The candidate will manage customer activities, develop sales plans, and oversee the entire sales cycle. A Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Semiconductor industry, are required. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in Italian and English, are essential. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth in a dynamic market.
Reporting to the Director, Sales - Southern Europe, the position will work closely with the Internal Sales team and Technical Sales team to drive the overall Company business strategy. Develops and executes sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at Key customers within Region.
Manages customer activities within the defined Region, works in conjunction with the Internal Sales Representative and Technical Manager to increase sales of Rochester Electronics products and services to customers in accordance with agreed strategies and business plans. Identifies major opportunities, gain information, and develop strategies utilizing all available resources to grow the account base within Region. Manages the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating and delivering sales presentations, creating sales proposals, negotiating and closing the deal. Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the region and ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained on a daily basis. Provides effective communication and service to the customer base and effectively navigate internally to influence decisions and priorities on active business opportunities.
