Key Responsibilities
- Market Development & Revenue Management:
- Drive the development of the energy storage market, focusing on contract signing and payment collection, primarily within the Utility Scale channel.
- Assess project requirements and establish a robust pipeline of potential projects.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to provide actionable recommendations for pricing strategies, product enhancements, and new product development.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Conduct regular visits to key customers to strengthen relationships, gain insights into their needs, and align internal resources to address those needs effectively.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with customers, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are on track and meet established timelines.
- On-Site Representation:
- Serve as the local, on-site representative for the company and its programs, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and contractors.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the Energy Storage sector, with a strong understanding of key industry players, including major customers, EPCs, and IPPs across the country.
- Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of energy storage technologies or power systems.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication abilities.
- Native-level Italian and advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility & Travel:
- Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50%-60% of the time, across the country.
