Otech - OPPO Authorized Exclusive Distributor Italia in Milan hosts a Management Trainee Program designed to identify high-potential graduates and professionals. Trainees will gain hands-on store operations experience, learn sales management and team empowerment, and progress toward regional sales leadership within 1–2 years.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
• Fluent Mandarin and Italian for daily business communication.
• Holder of a valid local driving license.

Mansioni

• Participate in frontline management and daily operations of local sales stores and gain knowledge of OPPO products and channels.
• Assist in sales target setting, promoter management, data analysis, and execution of operational strategies.
• Learn and master core store management processes, including target breakdown, inventory control, display optimization, and customer service.
• Support regional training, performance tracking and execution of marketing activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources, drive problem solving and process optimization.
• Join periodic headquarters training, business reporting and performance reviews to strengthen capabilities.
