We are looking for a Sales Management Specialist to join the Rome-based team of this international powerhouse. Reporting directly to the Sales Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day sales operations, analyzing performance data, ensuring project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Fluency in Chinese is a mandatory requirement, as you will collaborate closely with Chinese‑speaking teams and stakeholders at both regional and global levels.
Define, implement, and track annual order and revenue targets. Organize the breakdown of objectives and ensure consistent progress through regular sales meetings, reporting, and data‑driven analysis.
Manage the sales pipeline and major accounts. Create order and revenue forecasts, assess risks, and provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
Oversee full project lifecycles, from initiation to closure. Detect potential issues early, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive resolution to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Improve and promote adherence to regional sales processes, especially in the Opportunity‑to‑Order (OTO) and Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) cycles. Monitor contract signing, internal controls, and compliance with global standards.
