Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Expert (m/f/d) with strong commercial instincts, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for creating value for customers. In this role, you will support sales activities across defined markets and segments, ensuring high-quality quotations, smooth handovers to operations, and accurate order administration.

Personality matters: we are seeking someone proactive, well‑organized, and confident engaging with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for defined markets or customer segments
  • Collect and analyze technical specifications and project requirements for accurate tender preparation
  • Prepare cost budgets and define commercial terms & conditions
  • Manage CRM entries and ensure data accuracy
  • Facilitate handover from Sales to Operations and support a smooth transition
  • Handle order booking and project creation in SAP
Key Requirements
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and commercial workflows
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build connections across all organizational levels
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and a passion for achieving goals
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an asset
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating across global teams
