A leading thermal solutions provider is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the oil & gas, chemical, and power industries in Italy. This role focuses on developing key account relationships and executing sales strategies to succeed in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in an industrial B2B context and must be fluent in English and Italian, with a technical understanding of relevant processes. Travel within Italy is required.

We are hiring a :

About the role :

As a Sales Executive at Watlow, you will lead commercial initiatives and drive profitable revenue growth, with a primary focus on the oil & gas, chemical, and power industries in Italy. This role is essential for expanding our presence in these strategically significant and technically complex sectors.


Success in this position requires a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and a strong customer-centric approach, with a particular focus on Key Account Management and Strategic Selling to establish and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships.


What You’ll Do :


  • The Sales Executive Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power will lead the commercial activities and drive profitable revenue growth across the targeted Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power industries in Europe, with a primary focus on Italy.

  • You will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy balancing EPC, End User and OEM, build key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure our solutions deliver superior value.

  • The role will require travel within Italy with possible overseas travel to meet with European and Worldwide Colleagues for Community / Sales meetings / Trade shows / conferences.


What You´ll need to succeed?


  • Proven experience in sales / business development in an industrial B2B environment, ideally in thermal systems, process automation equipment, or industrial material processing sectors.

  • Strong technical understanding of industrial processes related to Oil & Gas, Chemical and Power is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in Key Account Management and Strategic Selling, with demonstrable success in complex sales cycles and high-value negotiations driving profitable revenue growth, Gross Margin, up to sustainable EBITDA.

  • Experience working within a matrixed global organization and influencing across functions.

  • Fluent in English and Italian.
