Missions

The Sales Executive aims to achieve strategic budgeted sales targets by working directly with key accounts to build business volume for the hotel and sustain healthy, ongoing growth in line with the Sales and Marketing plan.

Profile

The sales executive demonstrates high integrity and delivers a 5‑star sales experience, combining creativity, strong hospitality values, and a results‑oriented mindset. Proactively develops and prioritizes new account prospects through market insights and networking, while maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring full compliance with hotel policies and standards. Effectively communicates the value of luxury through presentations, site inspections, trade shows, and client interactions, maintaining strong cross‑department communication—especially regarding rate integrity—and supporting both the Head of Department and the Reservations team. Brings solid negotiation skills, marketing awareness, excellent presentation abilities, and the flexibility to travel internationally, fostering a friendly, gracious, and respectful professional environment.
