Denna position rapporterar till: Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Motion Drive products division, in line with the division strategy.

Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

You will be responsible for sales in area of the Toscana, Liguria, Umbria, working with main OEMs, system integrators, wholesalers, and panel builders.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers related to the Buildingportfolio (DRIVE , SYSTEM DRIVE , MOTION , PLC , HMI , SOFTWARE)
  • Manage sales target volumes, product & solutions mix.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing alsonews customers.
  • Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience
  • Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution
  • Communicating to the customers about details related to ABB’s offering and strategy.
Qualifications for the role
  • You have at least 5 years of experience working asSales Specialistin Industrial Automation
  • You are passionate about salesand you have the ability toestablish good relationships with customers
  • Availability to visit customers in the assigned area
  • Possess an enhanced knowledge of Office, Saleseforce(plus)
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
