Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer for our office in Brugherio, supporting the Italy territory. In this role, you will ensure sales development by managing existing and new clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a passion for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial relationships with assigned customers, respecting company policies (prices, discounts, quotations, contract conditions).
  • Handle technical aspects for assigned customers (samples, analysis of specific requests).
  • Share information with clients regarding new technologies in surface treatment, applications, and processes.
  • Interface with customers on quality issues.
  • Support the administrative department in credit collection.
  • Identify and establish contacts with potential new clients to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Manage client data within the company's CRM system.
  • Define budgets for assigned clients.
  • Represent the company at markets, fairs, conferences, and sales events.

Your Profile

  • Degree in mechanical or materials engineering.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in sales within a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of coating systems, materials, and surface treatment.
  • Problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Professional knowledge of English.
