We are seeking an experienced and agile Sales Director Enterprise to join Indeed. As Sales Director, you will be accountable for guiding one of our national sales team and driving revenue growth by setting and achieving long‑term sales goals while fostering a culture of empathy, motivation, and collaboration. Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Provide effective leadership and guidance to the national sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a high‑performance culture. Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Inspire and Motivate National Account Managers: Inspire and motivate the national account managers to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional results. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and growth.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key clients, collaborators and strategic partners. Act as a point of escalation for client issues, working closely with the national account managers to resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Utilize data‑driven insights to make informed choices and enhance sales strategies. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Innovating Recruitment Through Digital Transformation: Continuously identify and propose innovative digital solutions to enhance recruitment processes, focusing on emerging technologies like AI‑powered ATS, employer branding tools, data‑driven sourcing. The goal is to move beyond traditional methods and embrace digital tools for a more effective, engaging, and future‑proof hiring ecosystem.

Beyond internal innovation, actively support clients in transitioning to digital and data‑driven talent acquisition models. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding them through HR digital transformation by offering tailored strategies leveraging data analytics, automation, and predictive modeling.

Empathy and Customer‑Centric Approach
  • Empathy and Customer‑Centric Approach: Instill a customer‑centric mindset within the team, emphasizing the importance of recognizing customer needs and providing exceptional service. Demonstrate empathy, promoting a deep understanding of customers' pain points and obstacles to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Skills/Competencies
  • 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years of proven track record of success as a Director of Sales, motivating high‑performing teams and achieving significant sales growth.
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Effective in motivating and inspiring a diverse team with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication and presentation aptitude, both verbal and written.
  • Problem‑solving mindset, effective in leveraging data and insights to make informed choices to help achieve long‑term sales goals.
  • Proven business acumen and a strategic mindset to contribute to overall company growth.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to assist the team and attend industry events. Up to 50% travel expected
