A leading tech services provider is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its remote team in Italy. As an SDR, you will collaborate closely with account managers to drive client success through strategic prospecting and meeting scheduling. Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Italy

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitiousSales Development Representative (SDR) to joinTechNexa and represent our clients in Italy. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities working EU/Italy business hours. This remote role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B tech sales who wants to accelerate growth for international companies.

As an SDR at TechNexa, you’ll work closely with our account managers and clients to drive pipeline growth through strategic prospecting, qualification, and meeting scheduling. Your results will have a direct impact on client success.

  • Language Proficiency: Native or professional-level Italian and English.
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in outbound B2B sales, with proven cold calling results and experience using multiple outreach channels (phone, LinkedIn, email).
  • Lead Generation: Skilled at prospecting your own leads with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Lusha, Apollo, Cognism, Zoominfo.
  • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems to manage prospects and track outreach.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in Tech, SaaS, or BPO required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and manage objections effectively.
