Your Mission
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach) to generate interest and schedule meetings for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle.
  • Use a consultative and creative approach to understand clients’ goals and deliver value.
  • Stay up to date on accessibility trends and continuously improve your sales techniques.
  • Show a genuine desire to learn and implement best practices.
What You Bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Lemlist.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both phone and email).
  • A charismatic, passionate, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Motivation, autonomy, and resilience — you’re proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to change.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Team spirit and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in B2B service sales and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with the Italian market.
  • Background in selling SaaS products.
