At Pzaz.io, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on cold calling — someone who can turn a list of leads into booked demos with our sales advisors.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be reaching out to production companies and creative professionals every day, introducing them to Pzaz.io and getting them excited to meet with our sales team.

  • Call, call, and call again. Spend your day on the phone making repeated outbound calls daily — to spark interest and curiosity.
  • Pitch the value fast. Deliver a sharp, engaging intro that gets prospects to book a demo.
  • Book qualified demos. Fill our team’s calendars with decision-makers who want to learn more.
  • Handle objections like a pro. Think on your feet, stay upbeat, and turn a “no” into a “maybe” — or a “yes.”
  • Track everything. Log all calls and outcomes in our CRM (Pipedrive) to keep your pipeline organized.
  • Smash your targets. Hit (and exceed) weekly and monthly demo booking goals — with bonuses for top performers.
Who you are
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (bonus points for additional languages).
  • 1+ years in sales or outreach — ideally cold calling, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive on the phone.
  • Persistent, self-motivated, and unfazed by rejection.
  • Organized and disciplined, with strong CRM habits (Pipedrive experience preferred).
  • Bonus: Passion for film, video, or creative industries.

Salary range:

1000 - 1500 EUR basic per month depending on experience. Salary is basic only for the first 6 months' probation period, OTE will be negotiated after the end of probation period.
