È requisito fondamentale il portafoglio clienti attivo, consolidato e coerente con i settori in cui Memesi opera, con la possibilità di integrarlo e svilupparlo all’interno dello studio.
Il valore di tale portafoglio sarà riconosciuto economicamente, attraverso una formula di compenso o profit sharing dedicata.
Il ruolo non si limita alla gestione del portafoglio esistente: la persona avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare nuove relazioni e generare nuovi clienti, contribuendo alla crescita complessiva dello studio con un approccio relazionale e strategico, in linea con lo stile e i valori di Memesi.
