Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with a willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Location: Northern Italy (home-based with frequent travel)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated TM to drive sales growth of our endoscope reprocessing machines and related solutions across Northern Italy. The successful candidate will manage a direct customer portfolio while also coordinating a team of local sales agents to ensure regional sales targets and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell the company’s full portfolio of Endoscope Reprocessing Equipment consumables and service solutions.
  • Manage and expand direct accounts in the assigned territory (hospitals, clinics, private healthcare).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with key stakeholders (e.g., CSSD managers, biomedical engineers, procurement).
  • Ensure proper coverage of the territory combining direct presence and coordination of external agents.
Agent Management & Team Leadership
  • Coordinate and support a network of sales agents operating in specific provinces/regions.
  • Provide training, commercial guidance and field support to agents to maximize effectiveness.
Customer Support & Technical Liaison
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and service) to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on post-sale processes (installation service training).
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3 years) in medical device sales preferably in the hospital or sterile reprocessing field.
  • Knowledge of endoscopy workflows and infection prevention practices is a plus.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to manage complex hospital accounts.
  • Experience in coordinating external sales partners or agents is preferred.
  • Self-driven, organized and goal-oriented.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within Northern Italy.
