Who We Are Looking For

In order to boost the business growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager – European Markets to support the expansion of our Community of partner boutiques and strengthen our presence within the European multi‑brand fashion landscape. The ideal candidate has a solid network in the industry and the ability to independently activate and develop high‑value partnerships.

The profile we are seeking has:

  • A proven track record in developing relationships with luxury multi‑brand retailers across Europe;
  • The ability to build new connections and expand their network within the fashion industry;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a structured and results‑oriented approach;
  • Availability to travel when required;
  • Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.
What You Will Do

The role will be central to the expansion of our Community of partner boutiques, managing the full lifecycle of new partnerships — from market scouting to negotiation, onboarding and long‑term support. You will work closely with our Community Store and Merchandising teams to ensure consistency, quality and growth.

  • Map European markets, identify promising multi‑brand boutiques and assess their potential within the GIGLIO.COM ecosystem, building a structured development plan with a clear pipeline;
  • Manage the full partnership process — from outreach and model presentation to negotiation and agreement signing — ensuring a smooth transition toward operational phases;
  • Support partner onboarding and monitor performance, proposing tailored initiatives and solutions with the Community Store and Merchandising teams to maximise both short‑ and long‑term results;
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market, nurturing relationships with retailers, buyers and key stakeholders, and contributing to internal alignment meetings to define priorities and opportunities.
