Descrizione del lavoro

Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being.

We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions in Finland, Sweden, UK & Ireland, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands.

We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile‑payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets. Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest‑growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.

Your Mission At Epassi

We’re looking for a rock star Sales Manager to lead our growth efforts with boldness, creativity, and heart. This is not a “business as usual” role — you’ll be the architect of strategic partnerships, the voice of innovation, and the driver of sustainable revenue, all while keeping people and your team at the center.

As a Sales Manager at Eudaimon – part of the Epassi Group, you’ll not only accelerate our expansion across the Italian market, but also coach, mentor, and develop a team of passionate sales professionals. You’ll inspire your team to perform at their best, build a culture of collaboration and accountability, and turn collective ambition into tangible growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering motivation, continuous learning, and a culture of shared success.
  • Define and execute a strategic business development plan to expand our presence in Italy, focusing on mid‑to‑large enterprises and strategic sectors.
  • Prospect, engage, and nurture new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle — from opportunity generation to negotiation and deal closing — ensuring alignment with Eudaimon and Epassi Group’s goals.
  • Scout, manage, supervise, and participate in public and private tenders (both technically and financially) for the management and delivery of corporate welfare plans for large organisations.
  • Partner cross‑markets and cross‑functions with marketing, product, and operations to create impactful, tailored welfare and benefit solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their organisational needs and translating them into measurable results.
  • Drive accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management through CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and data‑driven analysis.
  • Keep a strong grasp of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to anticipate and capitalize on new opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in new business development or sales management, ideally within corporate welfare, HR services, or fintech.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams, fostering growth and accountability.
  • A track record of exceeding targets and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
  • Strong abilities in prospecting, negotiation, and strategic account management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging C‑level executives.
  • A strategic, analytical, and data‑driven mindset, with solid CRM proficiency.
  • A collaborative, agile, and purpose‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
You'll Be Successful In This Role, If You
  • Are a people leader who inspires, empowers, and leads by example.
  • Are a proactive, self‑motivated hunter who loves turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
  • Thrive on challenge — resilient, goal‑oriented, and energized by winning new business.
  • Combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on, results‑oriented attitude.
  • Communicate with clarity, empathy, and influence across all levels.
  • Are energized by building relationships and driving meaningful impact through partnerships.
  • Move fast with integrity, bringing structure to ambiguity, optimism and creativity to every challenge.
  • Embrace learning and feedback as part of your growth journey, inspiring others through your passion and drive.
  • Believe that wellbeing and purpose can transform workplaces — and you want to be part of that change.
Why You Should Join Us
  • Be part of an ambitious growth journey and join a global community of driven, bold, entrepreneurial, yet humble Epassians in a company that is constantly evolving.
  • Work with a clear purpose — boosting everyday wellbeing — and create a meaningful, positive impact on both individuals and society.
  • Thrive in an open and inclusive culture with low hierarchy, where relationships are built on respect, camaraderie, and shared successes and challenges.
  • Come as you are — we’ll bring out the best in you and support your personal and professional growth.
  • Join a fast‑growing tech company with a strong financial foundation, offering opportunities to grow and make an impact together with us.
  • Benefit from an inspiring and supportive work environment where employee wellbeing is a true priority.
  • Contribute to solidifying our position as the number one player in Europe’s employee benefit market and help shape the next wave of success.
Your Language Profile
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
Location
  • Milan or Vercelli, Italy — hybrid work options available.
