We are looking for a Sales & Business Development interested in growing their professional career in the areas of sales, client management, and business development.

The ideal candidate is motivated, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with customers, supporting the company in expanding its presence and developing new opportunities in the market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support sales activities across the full cycle : lead generation, client engagement, follow-up, and opportunity development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Participate in meetings, presentations and business visits across the national territory.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand offerings and translate them into customer value.
  • Gather market feedback and contribute to the identification of new opportunities or customer needs.
  • Prepare commercial documentation, proposals, and reports.
  • University degree in an economic or engineering field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and customer-oriented approach.
  • Motivation to develop a professional path in sales and business development.
  • Willingness to travel within Italy.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and team orientation.
Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
