A renewable gases supply company in Bardi is seeking a Sales Back Office Specialist for a one-year fixed-term contract with potential for permanence. The candidate will manage invoicing processes, ensure operational efficiency, and collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional processes. Ideal applicants should have a background in Accounting or Finance and 1-2 years of relevant experience, alongside proficiency in Italian and English. Currently, we are currently looking for an Sales Back Office Specialis t on a one year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on the development of the activity and business needs, to join our team at our offices in Bergamo. Depending on the activity developpement The candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing processes, ensuring continuity and operational efficiency across our internal systems. This role is essential to support the growing operational needs of the department and to ensure timely and compliant invoicing activities. The new hire will work in close coordination with Finance, Legal, and QSHE departments to maintain alignment and support cross-functional processes.
