To support our Central Sales Team with amministrative activities and KPIs reporting, we are looking for a

Sales Back Office Assistant (m/f/d)

Main activities

you will provide daily support to the sales force, taking care of organizational and administrative tasks. The main activities you will perform are:

  • Pricelist upload in the CRM and pricelist management
  • Calculation of diesel floaters
  • Preparation of lists of leads to be used by sales force
  • Analysis, Reporting and KPIs monitoring

  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative tasks (not mandatory)
  • Attitute to learning
  • Good time management and prioritisation skills
  • Dynamic and goal-oriented approach
  • Proficency with MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Good English knowledge (German knowledge is a plus)
