Your role

As a Sales Associate you will be a member of the team of our Woolrich Store in Noventa di Piave, being on the shop floor and supporting all store related tasks and activities.

What you will do

• Business & Deliver Results:
  • Maximize sales and exceed turnover targets.
  • Deliver a Premium consumer experience.
  • Be a strong presence on the shop floor to accomplish customer expectations.
  • Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock.
  • Monitor and share consumer feedback.
• Customer Experience & Operation Tasks:
  • Be a Brand Ambassador and a product expert.
  • Engage with the consumer and provide the right product, fit and style to meet individual interests, goals and motivation.
  • Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times.
  • Ensure product is replenished and available to meet the consumer needs.
  • Run efficiently all store operations.

What you will bring

• High School Diploma.
• Previous work experience as Sales Assistant and/or Sales Support in a Premium Retail industry.
• Understanding of visual merchandising approach.
• Used to work on flexible opening hours.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge is required.
• Fluent in English.

Working schedule: full time/part time.
