Your contribution:

• You will proactively follow industry news, technology, and key market competitors,
• You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements,
• You will respond and resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner,
• You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines,
• You will maintain back of house stock storage organization,
• You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly–motivated team.

You will fit perfectly into our team if:

• You have at least 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer service, preferably in watches, jewelry, or fashion,
• You have a genuine interest in high‑end products, particularly luxury watches,
• You have a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• You are able to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
• You have high standards of personal presentation, with the ability to maintain the boutique’s appearance and organization,
• You are fluent in Italian and English, proficiency in additional languages being a plus,
• You are willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business needs.
