A leading sports merchandise company is looking for a Sales Assistant at the Juventus Football Club store in Milan. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer service to Juventus fans, maintain store visuals, and assist in various operational tasks. Training is available, making this position suitable for passionate sports enthusiasts with a friendly demeanor. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months, with flexibility in working hours essential.

Competenze

• Experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• A passion for football and sports is a must.
• Outgoing and friendly attitude required.

Mansioni

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a fully stocked store.
• Assist with receiving new shipments.
• Perform cash handling and till use.
• Carry out shirt printing.
• Complete day-to-day tasks and housekeeping.

Role

In the role of Sales Assistant at Juventus Football Club store in Milan, you are expected to give the highest possible level of customer service and shopping experience to Juventus fans, to maintain high standards and housekeeping in the store and to represent both the company (Fanatics International) and the partner brand (JFC) in the best way possible.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintain excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
• Till use and cash handling
• Shirt printing
• Day to day tasks and housekeeping

Knowledge

• Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
• Passion for football and sport is a must
• Outgoing and friendly attitude
• Flexibility on working hours is essential
• Good English level

Contract type

Fixed-term, 6 months
