We are seeking a part‑time Sales Assistant to join our Verona team for a total of 20 hours per week. Our Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of our store, translating passion for the product into a memorable customer experience, ensuring customers leave satisfied, and providing an exceptional store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Sell Dr. Martens products, meet individual and store sales goals.
  • Project your personality, making the customer experience unforgettable.
  • Process cash transactions adhering to procedures.
  • Follow all store operational procedures, from organization to merchandise replenishment.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment, following health and safety procedures.
  • Be empathetic, focus on teamwork, and support the store manager when needed.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in retail sales, especially in fashion, footwear or lifestyle sectors.
