Job Responsibilities

Since 2021, Officine Universelle Buly has been part of the LVMH group, radiating French beauty excellence worldwide through its numerous boutiques, notably in France, Japan, and South Korea.

You will personify this vision of quintessential French beauty to a discerning and international clientele.

Missions

• Personalizing products with embossing, engraving, and the art of folding
• Welcome and greet our clients, sharing the Buly story and heritage.
• Provide support to the sales team in all aspects of customer service and sales operations.
• Passionately sharing your knowledge about our products' cosmetics and our brand's history
• Advising our clients on different product categories
• Maintaining and developing relationships with our clientele
• Participating in ancillary tasks contributing to the boutique's overall objectives
• Handling cash transactions, opening, and closing the cash register
• Maintaining the boutique at its level of excellence

Profile

Profile: Dynamic and cheerful disposition First experience in sales, ideally Strong verbal skills with an aptitude for communication and observation Curiosity and interest in beauty, products, and the Buly 1803 brand Enjoys cultivating a special relationship with our clientele Other language is a plus

Additional Information

Per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione annua iniziale pari a 30.000 Euro lordi con un inquadramento previsto al livello 3 del CCNL Commercio.

Tale retribuzione è stata determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere e corrisponde al compenso normalmente riconosciuto alla posizione al momento della pubblicazione di questo annuncio di lavoro. La retribuzione effettiva potrebbe essere soggetta a possibili variazioni in ragione di fattori quali la vostra combinazione unica di esperienza e competenze, la seniority e attuali esigenze organizzative.

Questa posizione prevede inoltre la partecipazione ad un piano di incentivi, a discrezione di Officine Universelle Buly, basato su fattori quali la performance individuale e/o della Società.

In aggiunta ai trattamenti previsti dalla legge, potranno essere riconosciuti ulteriori benefit in conformità alle policy aziendali vigenti.

Il rapporto di lavoro sarà regolato dalle disposizioni del contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro CCNL Commercio applicato in Italia.
