A luxury cosmetics company based in Italy seeks a Sales Account to manage specific territories and achieve sales targets. The role involves negotiating with retailers, implementing marketing plans, and providing comprehensive reports on sales performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background in the beauty industry, negotiation skills, and be proactive team players. Fluent English is essential for this position, which requires travel within the defined regions.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Account has the responsibility of an assigned territory (Sicilia, Calabria, Sardegna) for the achievement of specific sell‑out targets and for the improvement of brand’s positioning. In charge of all relationships and negotiations with retailers and guarantee right support and implementation to marketing and commercial plans, to achieve the right economic impact and ROI.
Strong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retail Business acumen: being able to seize new opportunities for the brand Willingness to travel (driving licence must have) Analytical skills (Office suite) proactive team-player with a high level of reliability and integrity Good at influencing and results oriented Fluent in English This position is preferably based in Messina/Reggio Calabria/Catania.
