Descrizione del lavoro

We’re hiring a Partner Sale Manager to own Weebora’s commercial relationships with padel clubs, communities.

You will:

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of padel-club and padel communities accounts.
  • Co-create an annual calendar of padel trips and events per club.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end trip delivery with our travel agency team.
  • Keep clubs informed on offers, itineraries, and performance—acting as the daily point of contact.
  • Hit clear revenue and retention targets while building long‑term partnerships.

This is a blended sales + account management + trip-programming role for someone who loves sport, understands travel operations, and thrives on building repeatable playbooks.

Account Ownership & Growth
  • Own a book of padel-club relationships from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Map stakeholders (owners, coaches, events, communities) and build multi‑threaded relationships.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals, pricing, and partnership terms in line with margin targets.
  • Negotiate and close seasonal agreements and trip commitments.
Trip Calendar & Programming
  • Co‑design each club’s annual travel calendar (domestic & international), balancing seasonality, budgets, and player profiles.
  • Propose themed trips (training camps, pro‑clinic weekends, tournaments, family-friendly escapes) with clear positioning and capacity plans.
  • Validate demand with lightweight surveys, interest lists, and early‑bird deposits.
Coordination with Travel Operations
  • Translate club needs into internal briefs for our travel agency (dates, pax mix, accommodation standards, court time, logistics).
  • Track itinerary build, block space with suppliers, and ensure documentation accuracy (names, insurance, waivers).
  • Run go/no‑go gates (D‑90/D‑60/D‑30) with revenue & margin checks.
  • Orchestrate post‑trip reviews and iterate the next edition.
Marketing & Communications
  • Equip clubs with ready‑to‑share marketing kits (flyers, social copy, email templates, landing pages).
  • Maintain a proactive comms cadence: quarterly business reviews , monthly updates, trip countdowns, and service notices.
  • Collect testimonials and user‑generated content to fuel growth.
Data, Reporting & Process
  • Forecast pipeline and bookings; maintain CRM hygiene and dashboards.
  • Track KPIs by club: inquiries → deposits → conversions, room/court pick‑up, cancellation rates, repeat rate.
  • Standardize playbooks, checklists, and templates to scale the portfolio.
What you will bring
  • 3–5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships, ideally with recurring/portfolio ownership.
  • Experience in travel, sports tourism, or event operations—or adjacent sectors with complex logistics.
  • Proven sales skills: prospecting, discovery, solution selling, negotiating, closing.
  • Strong program management: calendars, milestones, stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in English; additional EU languages a plus.
  • Sport passion—ideally padel and/or tennis; familiarity with clubs, tournaments, coaching formats.
Nice to have
  • Supplier/DMO network across key destinations (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Balkans, Nordics).
  • Experience designing group itineraries (10–40 pax) and managing allotments.
  • Event marketing know‑how (email journeys, landing pages, social activation).
Benefits
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Pension Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Work From Home
  • Training & Development
  • Performance Bonus
  • Gym access
  • Laptop and phone
