• Provide excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.

• Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge and a proactive, constructive attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in premium fashion (RTW experience preferred).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills; energetic, responsible, and autonomous personality.
• Fluency in Russian and English required.
