Safety & System Assurance Engineer – TMC Italia

TMC Italia is looking for an experienced Safety & System Assurance Engineer to support our railway signalling projects. The role involves defining safety strategies, overseeing RAMS and validation activities, and ensuring compliance with CENELEC EN 50126/8/9 and other relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement safety strategies aligned with international standards and business objectives.
• Oversee RAM, Independent Safety Validation, and System Assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with CENELEC EN 50126/8/9 standards and other applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across engineering, validation, and project management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in an engineering field.
• Proven track record in Safety Management, ideally within the rail industry.
• Experience in roles such as System Assurance/Safety Manager, Product Validation Manager, RAMS Engineer, or SW Test Engineer.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Results‑oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Motivation to thrive in an innovative, entrepreneurial environment.
