A campervan rental company is seeking a travel enthusiast to manage operations at its new location in Palermo. The ideal candidate will handle guest services, ensure fleet maintenance, and lead a small team. Candidates must be fluent in both Italian and English, eligible to work in Italy, and possess a valid driver's license. This is a seasonal role projected to start in March 2026, running until November 2026, with weekend availability and a strong emphasis on customer service and problem-solving skills.

THE ROLE

We're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to open our new rental location in Palermo. You'll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check‑ins and check‑outs;
• Taking care of the fleet, logistics, and making sure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairing need;
• Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
• Booking activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services;
• Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly;
• Preparing and cleaning our campervans;
• Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent‑a‑car being desirable;
• You're fluent in Italian and English (mandatory);
• You're eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
• You're available to work weekends and national holidays;
• You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
• You're well‑organised and you're good at solving problems.

OPENING DETAILS

• Projected start date is March 2026.
• Seasonal contract until November 2026.
