IN Groupe, a global leader in secure identity and trust services, seeks an EHS Manager (RSPP) to join our international production environment in Italy. You will lead health, safety and environmental matters, ensuring compliance with local regulations and group standards.

We look for 2–3 years of RSPP/Senior ASPP experience in industrial settings, valid RSPP modules A/B/C, and fluent English for daily liaison with the Group HQ. French is a plus; join a dynamic, international workplace.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience as RSPP or Senior ASPP in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Full and valid RSPP qualifications (Modules A, B, and C) with up-to-date training.
• Fluent English required for daily communication with Group HQ; French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee all health, safety and environmental matters on site.
• Act as the designated RSPP; update the DVR and monitor preventive measures.
• Ensure environmental compliance: waste management, emissions, water discharge and registers.
• Organize and deliver mandatory training on health, safety and environmental rules.
• Conduct audits/inspections; liaise with local supervisory bodies.
• Analyze accidents/near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with French HQ to align plant procedures with group standards.

About The Team/About The Role

The candidate will report directly to the Managing Director with functional reporting lines to the Group Headquarters in France.

Main Responsabilities

He will fully manage all health, safety, and environmental matters, including:

• Safety Management: Acting as the designated RSPP. Updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and monitoring the implementation of prevention and protection measures.
• Environmental Compliance: Managing all environmental regulatory requirements (waste management, emissions, water discharge, loading/unloading registers, and MUD).
• Training & Education: Organizing and planning mandatory training courses for employees regarding health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Audits & Inspections: Conducting periodic inspections across production departments and managing relations with local supervisory bodies (ATS, ARPA, Fire Department).
• Accidents & Near-Misses: Analyzing the root causes of accidents or near-misses and implementing the necessary corrective actions.
• International Reporting: Liaising regularly with the French HQ to align plant procedures with corporate EHS standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as an RSPP or Senior ASPP within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Certifications: Full and valid RSPP qualifications (Modules A, B, and C) with all mandatory training updates strictly up to date.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory for daily communication and reporting with the Group HQ in France (knowledge of French is a plus).
