Based in Rome, Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Clinical Trial Administrator to keep Italy’s trials moving with accuracy and pace. You will support the local study team from start-up to close-out, managing trial documentation, tracking progress, coordinating vendors and ensuring timely investigator site payments.

You will work within the Business Operations unit to ensure trials stay compliant and inspection-ready, while embracing new digital tools and AI-enabled processes, with an annual base

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences (preferably fields listed).
• Understanding of clinical trial phases, regulatory guidelines, GCP and ethics.
• Hands-on experience with CTMS and digital tools for study documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide administrative and operational support across all trial phases (start-up to close-out).
• Manage trial documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate vendors and site payments.
• Set up and maintain the eTMF and iTMF filings.
• Track trial activities and keep milestones on schedule.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
