ABB in Lombardia, Italy, seeks a Business Process Manager to drive end-to-end process optimization across the Robotics organization. You will collaborate with Process Owners, IS teams and stakeholders to improve transparency, efficiency and integration of processes and supporting applications.

You will design and optimize processes, bridge business and IT perspectives, and support adoption of innovative tools including AI-based solutions to enhance operational performance.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process documentation, design and optimization.
• Strong expertise in analysis, modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with end-to-end processes in complex environments.
• Experience using Signavio for process documentation and management.
• Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives.
• Ability to bridge business and IT/IS and translate requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve processes.
