We are seeking a Reward Specialist to co-design, implement and execute employee compensation and benefits programs within the company, in alignment with our people strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits analysis, preferably in a global / regional environment or consulting firm, with a proven track record in data analytics, reporting and HR information systems. Reporting directly to the HR Lead Rewards, the Reward Specialist will work closely with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
