Location: Flexible but ideally close to a big hub like Milan or Rome

Salary: up to €85,000 / annum

We’re hiring a Rewards Manager to lead a newly emerging and strategically vital function within a dynamic, global organisation. This is not just a role — it’s a chance to shape how we reward and engage talent across the EMEA region.

As part of our growing Total Rewards Centre of Excellence, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering compensation and benefits strategies that directly impact how we attract, retain, and motivate our people. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries, helping to build a future‑ready rewards framework from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing :
  • Leading the development and execution of regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global principles
  • Managing annual compensation cycles, salary reviews, and benefits renewals across EMEA
  • Designing region‑specific pay structures, incentive schemes, and recognition programmes
  • Conducting market benchmarking and delivering actionable, data‑driven insights
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a senior advisor to HR and business leaders on all reward‑related matters
  • Managing relationships with external vendors, including brokers and consultants
  • Driving employee understanding and engagement through clear, consistent communication of reward programmes
What we’re looking for :
  • Solid experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards within a multinational environment
  • Deep understanding of EMEA market practices, trends, and compliance frameworks
  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and fast‑paced environments
Why this role matters :

This is a rare opportunity to build a regional rewards strategy from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy to shape policies and programmes that support our growth and people strategy across EMEA. Your work will directly influence how we compete for talent and create a compelling employee experience.
