A leading international organization seeks a proactive HR professional to join their Group International Rewards team. The ideal candidate will manage initiatives related to gender balance, pay equity, and sustainability. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, significant HR experience, and strong analytical skills. This role is based in Milan or Trieste, with an emphasis on confidential information management and good presentation skills.

Competenze

  • 3-5 years of experience in Reward in multinational companies.
  • Good numerical skills with functions (Pivots, lookups).
  • Experience in handling confidential information.

Mansioni

  • Update tools for Gender Balance & Pay Equity, perform data analysis.
  • Manage the disclosure process for CSRD requirements.
  • Work on Pay Transparency Directive and related initiatives.

Within the Group Chief People and Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource, who will work within the Group International Rewards, as part of Group Reward & Institutional HR Governance team. The job holder can be based both in Milan or Trieste (preferred locations) or Rome.

Key responsibilities
  • Group Gender Balance & Pay Equity: tool updates, data analysis, public disclosure, sustainability and investor reporting
  • CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) requirements at Group level and disclosure process
  • Pay Transparency Directive
  • We SHARE, the Group's broad-based share ownership plan
  • Group Well-being Framework
  • Other strategic reward initiatives within the new Group Reward Strategy (e.g. company cars)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, HR management, Social Sciences or any other related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Reward in multinational companies
  • Good presentation skills (e.g. PowerPoint)
  • Good numerical and analytical skills (e.g. Excel, Pivots, lookups, logical functions)
  • Experience in handling confidential information
  • Fluent in English
Soft skills
  • Passion and curiosity for HR and Reward, with willingness to take on a new challenge
  • Sensitivity for DEI and sustainability topics
  • Proactivity and willingness to do the extra mile with ownership
