The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Revenue Management experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Italian. The Palace Company Europe is seeking a talented Revenue Senior Manager to join its Headquarters in Milan. Reporting directly to the Europe Revenue Director, the Revenue Senior Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenues, market share, and profitability across the company’s hotels in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue performance;
  • Prepare revenue budget proposals and forecasts in aligned with the company’s overall strategy and objectives;
  • Monitor daily revenue performance and implement actions to maximize profitability;
  • Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activities to support the definition of pricing and inventory strategies;
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and key stakeholders to align on revenue strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields (post-graduate qualifications are a plus);
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management, with at least 3 years as hotel Revenue Manager of a hotel/hotels in primary destination and with significant incomes;
  • Strong analytical and highly quantitative skills;
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and discretion;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and in team settings;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Italian (Spanish will be considered as a strong plus).
