UNIMORE is seeking a researcher to assess cGMP levels in retinal tissue and cellular models related to RP. The role involves analyzing cGMP changes after applying neuroprotective agents and contributing to the project using established retinal models.

Responsibilities include data collection, interpretation, and collaboration with the team under a selective public procedure based on qualifications.

Competenze

• Assessment of cGMP in retinal tissue and RP models.
• Experience with cellular retinal models is preferred.
• Knowledge of neuroprotective agents in photoreceptors is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Assess cGMP levels in retinas with Aipl1 and P23H mutations.
• Analyze changes in cGMP following treatment with neuroprotective agents.
• Support the selective public procedure based on qualifications.
