Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member for our TJ Maxx/Marshalls stores.

You will deliver outstanding customer experiences, maintain a clean and organized selling floor, and support multiple store areas as needed. Key responsibilities include processing purchases, promoting loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and contributing to safety and loss-prevention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and process cash handling per procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and participate in safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs.
