Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile.
• Assist with prescription processing, insurance billing, and inventory tasks.
• Prepare prescriptions for dispensing under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain customer and patient information with confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Order, check in, and stock pharmacy supplies and log invoices as necessary.
