Your Opportunity:

The Retail Merchandising Manager Men Categories EMEA will contribute to the development of the Company’s overall goals, influencing actively the strategic direction of the business.

Your Contribution:

Strategic Merchandising Leadership

  • Drive the Retail Merchandising strategy for Men’s categories across the EMEA region, ensuring a profitable and well-balanced assortment aligned with the brand vision, diverse market requirements, client needs, and commercial objectives.
  • Manager the full merchandising lifecycle—from strategic planning to in-season execution—ensuring tailored assortments per store profile, client demand, and market potential.
  • Partner closely with Global Merchandising teams to ensure regional product needs are met, providing insights that influence global development.
  • Take accountability for the EMEA Retail Merchandising budget, ensuring performance against sales, margin, and inventory KPIs.

Buying & Planning

  • Contribute to the execution of the Versace Buying Strategy during seasonal buying campaigns, providing strategic input and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Travels throughout the year to select and view the collection of merchandise as well as for trainings, new openings and key events with Country Retail Merchandisers.
  • In-Season Management & Operations
  • Oversee in-season stock management, including strategic transfers and replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels and category coverage to achieve sell-through targets.
  • Ensure on-time delivery flow and effective stock distribution from the central warehouse, including the management of special orders.

Business & Market Analysis

  • Analyze trends and review existing merchandise to ensure products remain competitive, must have knowledge of market trends and ability to react to changes in demand.
  • Prepare selling reports to evaluate business performance and deliver qualitative feedback to the Regional and Corporate team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Retail Directors and Store Managers, gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback to continuously enhance the product strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong partnerships with Visual Merchandising team ensuring the global guidelines reflecting brand image are implemented and that they are adapted to the market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with PR and Marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Retail Engagement & Field Presence

  • Design and deliver impactful product training and seasonal strategy presentations to Retail Teams, ensuring alignment and engagement at field level.

Your Skills:
