A leading fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking a Retail Marketing & Business Development Manager in Lombardia. The role includes analyzing market trends, defining strategies for store openings, and leading marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business development within the retail sector and possess strong analytical skills. Fluency in English is required.

Retail Marketing & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
  • Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours, geo‑marketing data and competitor activities to identify the best opportunities to guide strategic decisions;
  • Provide sales analyses and support to the Retail Director to build and review the internal mid‑term plans;
  • Define and implement strategies for new store openings and retail development, aligning plans with corporate objectives;
  • Support the definition of the marketing strategy for the Retail channel by driving initiatives that increase penetration and strengthen Brand value;
  • Lead the planning and creation of marketing campaigns and in‑store activations, ensuring a strong Brand presence and consumer engagement;
  • Oversee Visual Merchandising strategies consistent with Brand identity, ensuring engaging shopping experiences and enhancing the visual impact of stores;
  • Identify high‑potential areas and evaluate store positions through geo‑marketing analysis and flow data.
Requirements & Skills
  • + 5 years of experience in business development and retail expansion, or similar roles within the Retail sector;
  • Strong knowledge of Retail market dynamics and consumer trends;
  • Excellent analytical skills, strategic mindset and goals‑oriented approach;
  • Willingness to travel as required to oversee projects and explore potential opportunities for growth;
  • Fluency in English.
