Responsibilities
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviours, geo‑marketing data and competitor activities to identify the best opportunities to guide strategic decisions;
- Provide sales analyses and support to the Retail Director to build and review the internal mid‑term plans;
- Define and implement strategies for new store openings and retail development, aligning plans with corporate objectives;
- Support the definition of the marketing strategy for the Retail channel by driving initiatives that increase penetration and strengthen Brand value;
- Lead the planning and creation of marketing campaigns and in‑store activations, ensuring a strong Brand presence and consumer engagement;
- Oversee Visual Merchandising strategies consistent with Brand identity, ensuring engaging shopping experiences and enhancing the visual impact of stores;
- Identify high‑potential areas and evaluate store positions through geo‑marketing analysis and flow data.
Requirements & Skills
- + 5 years of experience in business development and retail expansion, or similar roles within the Retail sector;
- Strong knowledge of Retail market dynamics and consumer trends;
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic mindset and goals‑oriented approach;
- Willingness to travel as required to oversee projects and explore potential opportunities for growth;
- Fluency in English.
