A global toy company is seeking an Associate Manager, Retail Development for Italy & Iberia. You will manage retail strategies, develop partnerships, and drive licensing initiatives across various retailers. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in licensing and a strong understanding of retail dynamics. This role is based in Milano or Barcelona, offering a dynamic environment with growth opportunities.

• Solid licensing experience/industry experience (5-7 years).
• Strong understanding of licensing and retail.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Expert presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Manage the Retail strategy for Consumer Products in Italy & Iberia.
• Partner with Head of CP Italy & Iberia to build retail strategies.
• Deliver retail projects and maintain partner relationships.
• Analyze market opportunities and trends.
