We are a leading company in the retail sector, with a widespread presence across Italy through numerous stores.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner with experience in the retail industry and at least 5 years in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong expertise in HR policies and procedures.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Passionate about people management and retail environment.

This role requires frequent travel within the assigned area, primarily in North and Central Italy.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Business Partner plays a key role in defining and implementing People Management strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

  • Organizational Development: support Area Managers in people management and development.
  • Performance Management: participate in performance evaluation and salary review processes.
  • Recruiting: monitor hiring needs and defining recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • HR Administration: manage employment contracts in compliance with current legislation and company policies.
  • Legal & Industrial Relations: oversee labor law matters and handle union relations.
