The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a District Manager to drive sales performance and customer experience across Retail and Wholesale doors. You will develop and execute retail targets by area, brand and store, while managing Store Managers and staff.

Collaboration with Sales and Brand teams is essential to deliver top door strategies and excellent in-store execution. Leadership, coaching and strong analytical skills are required to motivate teams, optimize operations, and exceed plans in

Competenze

• 5+ years of management and/or customer experience in Retail is a must.
• Leadership and team development experience in multi-store environments.
• Strong communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
